Individual Support

One on one support and coaching is available for rural people facing challenges or adversity.

Combining her understanding and experience of farming with psychology, Sarah can help you map out your current challenges and develop a plan of action. Learn practical strategies to feel healthy, perform sustainably and reach your goals.

Sarah can help with:

  • Health and wellness concerns such as low mood, anxiety,
  • Loss of motivation, self-confidence or direction
  • Sleep problems
  • Fatigue, work related stress or burn out
  • Succession challenges
  • Life changes, adjusting to new roles and directions, post injury, retirement planning
  • Facilitation to navigate role or relationship challenges within family or business

“Sarah has a gift for working with rural folk. From absolutely ‘getting’ the joy of a good day out on the farm, to understanding the stresses, to using language like; “running these options through the drafting gate”. Sarah’s focus is on wellness. “What can we do together to get you back to being as well as possible?” I have found Sarah to be supportive, insightful, wise and most helpful. I highly recommend her. “
